This is a simple list consisting of 29 of the world's healthiest foods. I ask you to ask yourself...
How many do you eat in a day?
Week?
Month?

How many are you serving your children?

The most important thing to remember about this list....God made all of it! Everything on this list comes from God's green earth and not man's made factory. Ask yourself this...who is more likely to steer you in the wrong direction? I am a firm believer that the US is overweight due to the processed foods we eat.
